Sitting for too long? Looking down a lot? Your neck gets tired. Over time, muscles become stiff, joints less flexible, and you risk neck problems.
Doctors say: move your neck often. Move slowly. Don't overdo it. Move in all directions.
But doing neck exercises by yourself is boring. Hard to keep going. Easy to get wrong – like fast circling, which can hurt your joints.
NeckSlay is a web game. No download. No wearables.
It uses your computer's camera to track the tip of your nose. Your nose works like a mouse pointer. You move your neck to make your nose complete tasks on screen.
On the homepage you can choose:
You control your own speed and movement range (as long as it's comfortable). The game shows your play time and score.
| Doing exercises alone | NeckSlay game |
|---|---|
| Easy to go too fast or do wrong moves | Game pace guides you – go too fast and you'll miss targets |
| No idea if you moved enough | Real-time scores, you see your progress |
| Quit after three days | You want to beat your high score – play a few minutes every day |
| Still looking down at your phone | You must look up at the screen – naturally fixes forward head posture |
All movements should be pain-free. If you feel sharp neck pain, numbness in your arm, or worse dizziness, stop immediately and see a doctor.
NeckSlay is not a medical treatment. But it helps you move your neck without even noticing – while you're having fun. The higher your score, the more flexible your neck becomes.
Pick a game mode now. Start playing with your nose. Get your neck moving.
